Fred Wellman is running for Congress in Missouri Congressional District 2. At the time of this taping, we're not sure what the borders of the district are, but it is in the eastern side of the state encompassing a lot of St. Louis County and surrounding areas. Fred, a Kirkwood High graduate, is a veteran who has spent a lot of his career improving services for other veterans, including advocating in Washington, D.C.
